  • COUPON CODES : Codes must be applied when placing your order. Discounts cannot be applied to existing orders. Codes cannot be combined, one code per order. 
  • FREE SHIPPING : Applies only to US Domestic Orders. Free shipping includes Standard Shipping - USPS first class package (tracked) . Unless other shipping option applies due to size or weight. If you would like priority mail or express shipping options please do not use the code and pay for the shipping option you'd prefer


 When will my order ship? 

I understand you are excited to receive your Order ! I'm as excited for you to receive it & love it ! but there's a few steps that your order goes thru before I can send it off.
Your patience is appreciated!


  • The Current processing time is 5-7 business Days for ready to ship items. This is the time I need to prepare an order for shipping. This includes me packaging your order and getting it ready to drop off at the post office. 

 If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me BEFORE placing your order to check if your order can be rushed. 


All orders are shipped via USPS. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method    

  • Standard shipping : First class - USPS delivery estimate 3-5 days
  • Priority Mail : USPS delivery estimate 2-3 days

At this point, your order is packaged, a label has been printed and the package is being dropped off at the post office. You will receive an email notification letting you know your order has shipped along with tracking information.

My Order says it shipped but there is no update on tracking?

Please allow 1-3 days for tracking to be updated. We understand you are eager to see where your package is, but once the package is dropped off we have no control over how fast or slow the post office process the package or updates their system. Due to COVID-19 USPS has been experiencing longer than expected delays , and some International deliveries have been delayed / Cancelled  


Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

  •  Items are carefully packaged for protection during shipping, once order is shipped I am not responsible for any damages made during shipping . Any claims to be made for lost, damaged, or stolen packages are the customers responsibility to contact USPS. 

Customs and import taxes 

  • For International Orders, please be aware customs and imports may apply. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays or fees you must pay due to customs.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Order Cancellations are not accepted. All Sales are final. If you have any problems or concerns with your orders please email me as soon as possible. I strive to have happy costumers, and would be happy to do my best to fix any problems. 


Shopping for Gifts

If you are shopping  for a special occasion and will be gifting your order, leave me a note stating that it's a gift and I will make the order extra special. I will wrap your items in color paper or wrapping paper.  If you would like a special message with your order please leave a note . Please let me know any gift request with your order or within 24hrs of placing your order for packaging purposes .
