When will my Order Ship?

Current Order turn around is 3-5 Business' days. If I am experiencing high volume of orders turn around can take up to 7 days. All orders are shipped via USPS. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and can usually take between 2-5 days to arrive within the US. 

We currently do not offer international shipping 

My Order says it shipped but there is no update on tracking?

If your tracking has not updated , Please allow 1-3 days for tracking to be updated. Once a package is dropped off at the post office they are responsible for updating tracking and can sometimes take a few days for them to update their system. 

Can I cancel, Return or Refund my order?

Order Cancellations are not accepted. All Sales are final. If you have any problems or concerns with your orders please email me as soon as possible. I strive to have happy costumers, and would be happy to do my best to fix any problems. 

My package was stolen or arrived damaged what do I do next?

Items are carefully packaged for protection during shipping, once order is shipped I am not responsible for any damages made during shipping . Any claims to be made for lost, damaged, or stolen packages are the customers responsibility to contact USPS.
