Wholesale information: 

Minimum opening orders & returning orders: $100

Resale
The resale of our products on third-party online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, Cratejoy, eBay, Etsy, private Facebook groups, and Poshmark, is strictly prohibited. Resale is only permitted in in person stores & their websites. 

Product Photos 
Retail partners are permitted to utilize our product imagery, provided that credit is duly attributed to Alicia's Wonderland in each instance of photo usage. This includes website listings and social media. 

Packaging
Our products are dispatched in packaging that is ready for retail display. We kindly request that all items be presented and sold in their original packaging. 

Delivery Times
The standard processing time for orders is 8-10 business days. Should you require expedited service, we kindly ask that you reach out to us prior to placing your order.

Returns / Cancellations
-For purchases made through Faire, return procedures are managed directly via Faire.com. We encourage you to initiate any return claims through their platform. --For transactions conducted through our website, all sales are final. In the event of receiving damaged products due to shipping, we request that you contact us within three business days of delivery to arrange for a replacement. Documentation in the form of photographs will be required.
-Should you need to cancel or change your order, please ensure to communicate with us within 24 hours of your order placement.
